Established in 2004, Absolute Asia Pacific project management has grown from dealing with our own in house development www.angthonghills.com  to now expanding across several projects in Koh Samui, Thailand. Apart from several projects in Koh Samui, Absolute Asia Pacific is expanding to mainland Thailand and currently tenders for projects based in Phuket, Pattaya, Krabi and Bangkok have been submitted. Our current projects page will be up dated once contracts have been signed appointing us as project managers.

Absolute Project Management became involved with Anthonghills when a 35 rai plot of heavily forested hillside sea view land was acquired. Since then there have been two subdivisions to the land and 28 villa plots were formed whilst a 7 rai plot was held back to accommodate the Angthong Hills apartment project. In the first 12 months, the water system was installed; three phase electrical system and all the internal roads completed.

Also completed by Absolute Project Management was a 5 meter wide 1.7km government road complete with drainage linking the site with the main ring road around the island.

Clearing of the Land and Survey of the Land

At the beginning of June 2004 (just after Angthong Hills Ltd had purchased the land) , the clearing of the land commenced. This meant the clearing all small trees/shrubs from the land ensuring the Land Office was able to survey the land accurately.

Creating of dirt roads throughout the development

Absolute Asia Pacific was then contracted as project manager to split the plots by way of a 5 meter wide dirt road within the land. This also included a 6 meter wide dirt road all the way from the concrete road that leads off Koh Samui’s ring road.

Water & Three Phase Underground Electricity

Infrastructure to enable construction to begin was also contracted to Absolute Asia Pacific. Project management covered 3 phrase underground electricity and 2 deep water wells. This gave each plot a continued water and electric supply.

Completion of Water & Three Phase Underground Electricity

The 3 phase underground electricity and 2 deep water wells was also managed by Absolute Asia Pacific.

Completion of the Concrete road to the Ring Road & Internal road system
